What we collect

We only collect what you enter in the contact or membership form: name, email address, subject and message, together with the time of submission and language chosen.

Purpose and lawful basis

The data is used to answer your enquiry and handle membership enquiries. The lawful bases are your consent and the association's legitimate interest in responding to messages sent to it.

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter, for no more than 24 months, after which they are deleted.

Recipients and processors

Data is not disclosed to third parties. A cloud service provider hosts the website and stores submissions, acting as a data processor on the association's behalf.

Security

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a service only accessible to people authorised by the association.
